1. When must I pay maintenance? 
Every year during the month of January. 

2. What happens if I don’t pay maintenance in January?
A 5% monthly interest is generated beginning in February, you will not be able to make use of your membership, and you run the risk of losing your week.  You should not arrive at the resort if you haven’t paid your fee.  Also we remind you that all the members need to reserve their stay at least 30 days before the date of arrival, or they run the risk of losing the right of use for this week. 

3. What happens if I pay maintenance after the date of my week?
If maintenance is paid after its week, the week is lost.  Remember that all the members need to reserve their stay at least 30 days before the date of arrival, or they run the risk of losing the right of use for this week. 

4. How much is the maintenance fee?
For the year 2011 the fees are as follows:
* STUDIO $ 435.00 USD.
* SUITE 1 BEDROOM $ 555.00 USD.
* 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT $ 651.00 USD. 

5. What happens if I do not use the week that is stipulated in my contract? 
The right of use of the corresponding week is lost without option to recover it.  Also remember that we recommend that each member confirm his stay with us at least 30 days before the date of arrival. 

6. Can I deposit my week in Plaza Pelicanos? 
No, the deposits are handled exclusively by an external exchange company (RCI or SVC). 

7. How can I use my bonus weeks? 
* Member must be current in all his monthly and maintenance fee assessments. * A maintenance fee (in addition to your yearly maintenance fee) is required for the use of the bonus Week.
* Reservations must be requested within 6 - 2 months prior to the travel date.

8. Which is the occupancy of my unit?
* Studio                       02 people
* 1 bedroom Suite          04 people
* 2 bedroom Apartment   06 people

Children from 7 years old, are considered into Unit Capacity.

9. As a member of Plaza Vacation Club do I have the right to receive discounts in the resort?
As member you have the benefit of the following discounts:  

* 50% discount on additional nights based on the effective rack rate in Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort.
* 20% discount on Food and Beverages at Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort.
* 30% discount on additional nights based on the effective rack rate in our Family resorts at Guadalajara.
