Maintenance  Fees

The fees for 2011 are listed below.

• Studios $435.00 USD. 

• 1 bedroom unit $555.00 USD. 

• 2 bedroom unit $651.00 USD. 

The fees have taxes included. 

Please remember that the fees are always related to the type of unit you own and in relation to the cost of keeping them within the Resort’s general specifications. 

 The fees must be paid every year by January 31st. 

 If you do not pay your maintenance fee on time, a monthly additional charge of 5% will be applied as of February, and you will not have the right to use your membership.
