Maintenance  Fees

The new fees for 2008 are listed below.

• All the studios are $356.00 USD. 

• All the 1 bedroom suites are $454.00 USD. 

• All the 2 bedroom apartments are $531.00 USD. 

The fees have taxes included. 

Please remember that the fees are always related to the type of unit you own and in relation to the cost of keeping them within the Resort’s general specifications. 

 The fees must be paid every year by January 31st.
